Understanding the constitution is a lost art but is a responsiblity of all who occupy this land we call the United States of America ( ancient land of Amexum ). However when governments lose their way and corruption and power is the oder of the day, the dumbing down of society is a necessity to maintain a position of prestige and priviledge.
